Focus and Scope

The JNBS is a multi-disciplinary journal featuring high-quality peer reviewed articles, in English or French, that are the product of original research on a wide variety of NB focused topics exploring the cultural and social life of our province, past and present.

This journal aims to foster lively and broad ranging conversation and debate about NB. It will feature articles rooted in both traditional disciplines and emerging approaches, in addition to essays, reviews and other innovative content.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
