New Publishing Partnership! |

| International Journal of Forest Engineering and the Forest Products Society together with Taylor & Francis are very pleased to announce a new publishing partnership. Beginning with the first issue of 2013, Taylor & Francis will publish and distribute IJFE as well as administer institutional subscriptions. The partnership is a positive step for both parties creating greater exposure and reach for IJFE through more marketing, an enhanced online presence and wider distribution networks.
The journal will be published online three times per year, and will be bound in one printed volume at the end of each year. The journal continues to be edited by Ola Lindroos, SLU, Sweden.
The new partnership will result in a change of website. The new website www.tandfonline.com/tife is under construction and is estimated to be fully ready by the beginning of June 2013.

In press publication - with open access 2012! |

IJFE has now started to publish articles online as soon as they are ready. And as the icing on the cake - all articles of the 2012 issues will be open access!!! The fresh articles can be found in the In press issues in the Archive. Under the heading Current, you will find the latest full issue (with full pagination). As soon as an In press issue is completed, its articles will be provided with pagination and formally published. |

Faster publication and no page fee for 2012 |

As a part of the ongoing strategic work with the IJFE, the time from submission to online publication will be considerably shortened. The reviewing is now faster and accepted articles will be published online as they are ready. Additionally, the page fee is dropped during 2012. Thus, accepted manuscripts that are submitted during 2012 will be published free of charge. The page fee will be resumed in 2013, but at a much lower level than previously. |
